The website, software application and any related services known as 'Scrubs Software' (“Scrubs”) has been developed and is operated by Scrubs Software Private Limited (UEN 202438614M) (Scrubs, we, us, our) and our affiliates. By accessing and/or using Scrubs you agree to these terms (Terms). You confirm that you have the power and authority to enter into, be bound by, and deliver and perform the obligations under, these Terms. You must not use Scrubs if you do not agree to these Terms.
To access Scrubs, you must be registered for, and hold, an account for your use (Account) with one of our Electronic Health Record or Practice Management System partners (Partner). By accessing Scrubs via your Account, you confirm that you:
Based on agreements with our Partners, you may be required to be registered for, and hold, an account on the Scrubs website (www.usescrubs.com) to purchase and access premium paid features (including, but not limited to, unlimited usage of our features on the Partner platform).
As part of registering for, and activating, your Account, we will need to collect your information, including information about your clinic, which is required to operate our business and Scrubs, and ensure Scrubs remains safe and secure for users. We will use and disclose this information for the purposes of operating our business, Scrubs, the related services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
When you register and activate an Account on the Scrubs website, you can choose your username and password. You are responsible for keeping this username and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out on your Scrubs Account.
Scrubs facilitates your delivery of healthcare services to patients, by providing features and functionality as described on our website.
The AI functionality within Scrubs is designed to assist medical practitioners in administrative and clinical decision-making processes. While the AI can provide insights and recommendations based on available data, it is imperative to understand that the final responsibility for all professional and medical decisions related to patient diagnosis, advice, treatment or the quality or accuracy of medical notes rests solely with the medical practitioner. Scrubs and its outputs should not be construed as professional medical or healthcare advice, a definitive diagnosis, or a recommendation for treatment. It is not intended to directly assess, maintain, or improve the physical, mental, or emotional health of a patient.
Users shall not intentionally input fake, misleading, or deceptive data or prompts into Scrubs in an attempt to manipulate Scrubs into generating or producing ill-intended diagnoses, treatment, or any other type of medical or health-related information. Any such misuse of Scrubs is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access. Scrubs is designed to assist with genuine consultation setting interactions, and any abuse of this nature undermines the integrity and reliability of the service.
a. You may be required to pay a subscription fee to access premium features or have additional/unlimited usage of Scrubs (Subscription Fee) for your chosen subscription period (Subscription Period). All fee amounts are in Singapore dollars unless otherwise indicated.
b. Subscription Fees (including any required taxes) are payable in advance for the relevant Subscription Period and Scrubs may terminate your access and these Terms where you have not paid the relevant Subscription Fees, or where the Subscription Period has expired.
c. Scrubs may vary the Subscription Fee on reasonable advance notice with such varied Subscription Fee to apply at the commencement of your next Subscription Period.
d. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable Subscription Period, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current Subscription Period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the then-current Subscription Period. Scrubs does not provide refunds or credits for any partial Subscription Period, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
e. You further agree that your access to and use of new or updated functions (as contemplated by clause 2.2) may be subject to additional fees which will be agreed between us before your access and use.
